• Many services are operated by third-party providers
• Seaman Tours acts as a booking platform and is not responsible for the actions, delays, or service quality of third-party operators
• Any disputes must be addressed in accordance with the operator’s policies

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services
• Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

By purchasing a bus ticket through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Tickets in Case of No-Show
   Passengers who fail to arrive or board the bus at the scheduled departure time on the date of travel (“no-show”) will not be eligible for any refund, either in full or in part.
2. Responsibility to Arrive on Time
   Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point well in advance. We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes prior to departure.
3. Missed Departure
   If a passenger misses the bus for any reason, including traffic delays, personal circumstances, or incorrect scheduling, the ticket will be considered fully utilized and non-refundable.
4. Non-Transferability After Departure Time
   Tickets cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or modified on the scheduled departure date.
5. Exceptions
   Refunds or rescheduling may only be considered in exceptional cases, where required by applicable laws or permitted by the bus operator.
6. Cancellation & Refund Charges
   A 30% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure.
   No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   By completing the booking, the passenger acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
