Terms and Conditions:

• This is just a quote and we are not holding any booking as of now.
• Seaman Colombus Tours will not be responsible for any visa rejection and the cancellation penalty will be applicable as per our policy.
• 100% advance payment required to secure booking in case of non-refundable hotels & flights.
• Any fluctuation in the foreign exchange will be charged separately.
• In case of any unprecedented hike in the hotel rates or transportation, the tour cost will be amended accordingly.
•  ROE is subject to change.
•  All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Airfare is strictly subject to change according to hike at the time of booking.
• Passport must be valid for minimum 06 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
•  Any advance paid to hotels/ airlines/ suppliers on behalf of the guests will be nonrefundable.
•  All rates mentioned in the quote is based on the present airfare, hotel accommodation charges and transportation charges.
• Any change on the same will be charged to the passengers.
•  No changes will be allowed in the itinerary after accepting the final proposal.
• The passengers must obey the timings specified in the itinerary or instructed by the tour guide and Seaman Colombus Tours will not be responsible for any delay made by the individual travelers on trip.
•  In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
• Seaman Colombus Tours LLC will not rearrange any tour/ transfer/ meal/ services missed by the passengers due to late coming or not following the itinerary by the individual passengers.
•  Seaman Colombus Tours LLC will not delay/ change any timings for departures/ transfers / sightseeing or meals for any individual passengers.
•  Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy.
• Seaman Colombus Tours LLC will not be involved in this transaction.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in the quote and will be paid by the individual passengers.
• No changes will be made to the rooming list after sending to the hotels/ suppliers.
   Seaman Colombus Tours LLC suggest all passengers to carry Mediclaim policy and enough foreign exchange during travel.
• All meals provided by the restaurants/ hotels will be standard and as per overseas limitations.
• Any items during shopping must be disclosed to the respective counters at the shopping malls/ supermarkets/ shops/ duty free/ departmental stores as the penalty for not disclosing the item are heavy and unaffordable.
• This quotation is based on minimum of above specified Adults/Children. However if the group size increases/ decreases, supplement charges will be applicable.
• The clients are responsible for checking all documents including tickets, vouchers, Visas, Insurance & inform the company as soon as possible for any eventual errors.
• Any add-ons on excursions or optional tours during the travel period need to be taken then and there directly and should be informed 24 hours prior. However, confirmation is subject to availability.
• Itinerary may change at a later stage with prior notice.
